Tensions between the White House and the courts are rising — and so are tensions within the Democratic Party. Meanwhile, Russia and Ukraine are (maybe?) moving towards a partial ceasefire, and “uncertainty” appears to be the word of the day over at the Fed as the nation awaits more clarity on looming tariffs.

Assuming the Supreme Court eventually overturns one or several cases — and given this court I realize that’s a big assumption — which will land on its doorstep as a result of the Trump administration’s actions, how can the inevitable constitutional crisis be resolved when the SC has no enforcement power since the Judiciary and Military are clearly controlled by Trump and his cohorts?
