Wake Up To Politics - Spring Break

Thursday, March 17, 2016    Editor's Note

  • Spring Break Hi everyone, there will be no editions of Wake Up To Politics until Monday, April 4 - I'm going away for Spring Break. I hope everybody has a nice few weeks, and I will jump back into WUTP when we get back in early April. The last few months of the school year, from early April to late May, is going to be a busy time in politics: the Supreme Court battle will start in the Senate (now that a nominee, Merrick Garland, has been named), the 2016 primaries will be nearing their end, and President Obama will be traveling on a world tour.
  • Hopefully there is not too much news while I am gone - I don't expect there to be since, Congress is also going on Spring Break (returning about when I do) and the President is leaving town as well. In the mean time, I will probably tweet some over break so go follow me over there (@WakeUp2Politics) for commentary (albeit less frequently).
  • Happy St. Patrick's all, and see you back in your inbox in two weeks!Gabe Fleisher
