Hi all,
I’m back in your inbox for a second time today to share some exclusive new content for Wake Up To Politics subscribers.
Last week, the folks at Substack hosted a launch breakfast here in D.C. to celebrate WUTP’s recent move to the platform.
It was a great morning, and I was so honored to by joined by friends, family, and media colleagues from the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Associated Press, Politico, and a bunch of other news outlets.
During the breakfast, I sat down with Josh Dawsey, a political reporter who covers all things Trump for the Washington Post. We chatted about how Trumpworld is feeling after the debate, whether Trump will agree to another face-off with Kamala Harris, what he’d do in 2028 if he loses in November — and a whole lot more.
And we recorded it so you can join in on the conversation! I learned a lot about the 2024 election from talking with Josh, and I know you will too.
The full video is available exclusively for paid subscribers; a preview is available above for all subscribers.
As always, before I go, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who supports Wake Up To Politics. I’m proud that almost all of my content — including the core Monday-Friday newsletters — is available to all readers, free or paid, but I’m also excited to continue putting out special features like this as a “thank you” to those who make the newsletter possible.
If you haven’t yet signed up for a paid subscription, and you want to help keep WUTP going (and get access to great content like my conversation with Josh Dawsey), you can upgrade below.
Talk to you tomorrow!
