Quotation marks should precede the words “the release of this falsehood ridden”. It is unclear, as it stands, whether this is being said by Trump or by Gabe.
Yes! That's what I came here to comment about. As it reads it seems that Gabe, himself, is opining that that Jack Smith's brief is falsehood-ridden and Unconstitutional. Might be a good idea to get that cleared up pronto.
I'm going to be honest this was another good summary of stuff but the missing opening quotation mark on the Truth Social quote really threw me off and made me think the tone had changed here by A LOT, i had to read twice to see it was just missing the opening quotation mark
I do not consider Vance to be the winner of the debate. He only spoke lies and scolded the moderators for fact checking him about Haitian immigrants legal status. He thought the rules allowed him to lie. Walz showed his character and was able to illuminate Vance’s inability to admit trumps loss in 2020. No one changed their vote, the candidates just showed us who they represent.
What a disservice this,Supreme Court, pulled!! However, I'm confident that Judge Chutkan will move this case forward Fast, so trump's lawyers can try to appeal it back to SCOTUS. Heaven only knows what will happen after that. That said, I like the"Dates of Events" you've listed for us. Good article this morning ☕ Gabe 👍🌊
I am really uncertain of the impact of this information on the voters. I can't see it having much, if any, impact on anyone. It either affirms what they already know, or it confirms the fact that this is a conspiracy of people to keep Trump out of office.
There are still a slew of undecided voters. And it's possible that this information may somewhat abate the enthusiasm of Trump's base, enough so that they don't bother to vote. In any case I am all for leaving no stone unturned.

He said he corrected it online 5 hours ago, but it cannot be corrected on the emailed version which has already gone out to everyone's inboxes.
1000% agree, editors need to do their jobs.

Sorry about that — have updated the post. Thanks for catching!
You're welcome and thanks for updating

So glad for the mention of the Brooks Brothers riot—relevant to today’s arguments about ballot counting.
