Tents and some squalor would be a whole lot better than the Gawd-awful bling he's installing in every nook and cranny!!!

He has tasted power and he likes it, craves it. And he is seeking to take it however and wherever he can. Please, somebody stop him.

I am so sick of spineless legislators who haven't got the backbone to resist this monster.

When F47 was watching TV as the insurrection raged he said he did not have the authority to call in the National Guard. He either lied then or he is committing a illegal act now. But no one seems to want to call him down on this.

Facts, pesky facts, inconvenient facts; In this matter, like all other matters in the presidential matter, facts don't matter. Neither does the homeless population that the president so dearly wishes to banish from the pristine “Hunger Games” tableau he proposed to establish for our nation’s capitol.

We must demand louder for

Congress to do their jobs and remove this corrupt regime

I agree. But, when money and bribes take over our government, (as they have) , no legislators have the spine to resist Trump.

Isn’t it just so disturbing 😳 that this is what they have become

Just another diversion from the issues facing him…… thanks Gabe for the chart. Of course, our President doesn’t know how to read them 🥴.

I am disappointed in this article. The crime rate in D.C. is too high. It is the nation’s capital. A decrease in crime is good but not if it still leaves the city as one of the most dangerous cities in the country.

Has it been determined that the alleged assault on Big Balls actually occurred? If anything did happen, was it substantially as Donald Trump claimed? The "evidence" I saw is sketchy. Is there a police report available?

I have visited D.C. before. Outside the mall, there are rats and crumbling walls. Defending the status quo (as democrats are rushing to do) will be quixotic and unpopular.

ALOHA... .G.O.P. guardians of pedophilics...“Silence and fear is the tool of a tyrant, wielded to suppress independent thought. Instead of silence and fear, let this moment fuel the fire that already burns at the heart of this place. A fire of righteous indignation at abuses of power. WELA KA HAO...

Alas, the drop in crime is no reason for Trump to drop his role as bringer of peace to D.C.

When has he ever brought peace to anything?

Michael Kupperburg's avatar

When he is asleep, beyond that, it is at best an occasional effect, that one cannot rely on.

Usual question - comment. What can be done and does the mayor get any say
