Not sure if this might be part of the problem but google says: "it can be common for individuals exhibiting early dementia to experience changes in their decision-making abilities and sometimes change their minds more often than usual."

Great article. Why aren’t mainstream media covering this?

“We know that Trump is often highly susceptible to adopting the position of the last person he spoke to.” One of the reasons he is unpredictable.

Perhaps an unexpected downside to staffing your administration only with the fiercest of flatterers is that they are well-versed and comfortable using manipulation tactics to push their own agenda and thus require constant policing and oversight.

Excellent analysis. TOOL seems about right. On an unrelated matter, the opposition(be it Dems or Nevers) might do well to implement a counter version of Project Veritas. While not your brand of “journalism”(or even journalism at all), there’s plenty to suggest that exposing the cynicism and hypocrisy of the MAGA crowd would go far in helping shape public understanding of the scams being perpetrated on the public. Thanks.

It seems to me that for much of Biden's term, a lot of speculation was going on about his mental health and who was running the country. It would appear that Trump may be having the same issues. I seriously wonder how a man who runs much of his surroundings by bullying his way through would allow others of his minions to be doing these things. Of course, Congress just rides along like everything is OK.

Geez, who could have imagined something worse than Trump running the country would be Trump *not* running the country?!

TOOL is a great and apt moniker, for all the meanings of the word. Trump isn’t in charge of the country - he’s the wanna-be strongman but the country is being run be committee of his “only the best people.” Run into the ground, that is…

I used to say "unbelievable" when hearing about the White House chaos. It sounds like the Keystone cops are in charge. But, it's not funny that this is our reality. My fear : this incompetence and chaos could lead to a catastrophe that we may not recover from

Made me laugh, your uncharacteristically unflattering comment about FOTUS:

"When I asked ChatGPT for a handy acronym to describe this behavior, it offered TUNA: Trump Usually Nods Along."

"Maybe TACO and TUNA don’t get it right, after all. Maybe the right acronym is TOOL: Trump’s Out Of the Loop."

TACO-TUNA-TOOL sounds about right.

On the one hand your analysis is dependent on assumptions and conclusions that even you admit aren’t proven. This at a time when Biden’s Parkinson condition(see Alex Berenson) appears a likely conclusion(with far better evidence than you have provided for your thesis). This would be a GREAT time to attack Trump, as is your wont

On the other hand. There is more evidence being presented that those with multiple doses of the so-called Covid vaccine ( it doesn’t protect you from catching Covid or from spreading it and it’s efficacy is both short-lived and has multiple dangerous side-effects) have exhibited memory issues, with early studies showing anger management issues. Trump has had multiple boosters and he is old. That is when people have increased cognitive issues(See Joe Biden, above).

Perhaps this supplies you with an additional investigative journalistic approach.

There is absolutely NO solid evidence that Covid vaccines cause memory loss or anger. In fact the reverse is true. Long term COVID presents a multitude of issues

More likely what is affecting Trump is plain old age related dementia. Or, maybe possibly, a form of long Covid. These two both can have the effects you are noting. But there is no evidence whatsoever of them being caused by Covid vaccines or boosters. I cannot speculate on the cause of your own confusion. I take it you have not been exposed to Covid vaccines.

Why ever would I? Please note the excess death rate continues unabated. This is not caused by Long Covid alone, or perhaps at all. Please continue your ostrich-like approach to considerable evidence to the contrary of your contrariness
