After you have had some time to absorb the Birthright and Universal Injunctions decision, would the various Circuit Courts still retain the right to limit the EO in their circuit?, and furthermore, could a Circuit Court set in place a universal injunction on Trump's version of Birthright Citizenship?
Even pointing me in a decent direction would be acceptable.
The Court left open the possibility for both the States to bring suit, for the same purposes or to have class action suits, which are more cumbersome. My own view, is, that rather than have all these cases before them, they want to see what the lower district courts ,and later the Circuit Courts, before they have to make any final decisions. They may just be playing for time.
Question to consider: Because Trump is surrounded by a bubble of sycophants and Truth Social, does he really have a clue about all the No Kings protests and other strong opposition to his policies. Does he still believe he has a mandate?

I'd love any hope on this for sure. I'm very worried about what this means for the next 3 1/2 years.... Or more if Vance wins in 2028.
